“…I’ve got a dog, his name is Jim…, runaway,
runaway, runaway…,”
THE dog of the kennel. Jim sets the tone for the team more than
any other dog. His drive, determination, and physical attitude
define what a good sleddog is. He was the first to “runaway”
from the whelping box and his untiring drive and desire to
please have kept the rest of the kennel trying to keep up with
him ever since. He is the only dog in the kennel that has raced
EVERY mile with Mike from 2000-2006. He is the sire of both of
our 2005 litters.
